At Delonghi Replacement Parts, we want to ensure your appliances are back in working order with the right components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused parts in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Compatibility
Before initiating a return, please double-check your appliance model number against the part received to ensure the item is in its original, uninstalled condition.
Request a Return Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your part.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the item in its original box to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
